These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pinkpk. By creating an account or using any pinkpk service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause set out in this document.

pinkpk is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register, deposit, wager, or withdraw. Age verification documents may be requested at any time, and accounts found to belong to underage users will be permanently closed with funds returned to the verified account holder.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one pinkpk account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, or accounts operated on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances, including pending withdrawals.
All bonuses issued by pinkpk are subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions as specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, structured wagering to exploit bonus terms, or collusion — will result in bonus cancellation and account review.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pinkpk login credentials. pinkpk will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or by a third party who accessed your credentials — is your responsibility unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance.
All transactions on pinkpk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and cryptocurrency. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved.
pinkpk is committed to responsible gaming. Deposit limits, session time alerts, reality checks, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools are available to all account holders at no charge. We reserve the right to impose account restrictions where we identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour, regardless of whether the player has requested intervention.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pinkpk ("the Company," "we," "us," "our") and any individual ("you," "the Player," "User") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the pinkpk platform at pinkpk.app ("the Platform," "the Site," "the Service").
By completing the account registration process, by clicking any "I Accept" or equivalent checkbox, or by continuing to use the Platform after these Terms have been published, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by it. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.
This Agreement is supplemented by additional policy documents, including the pinkpk Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms applicable to specific promotions, and game-specific rules. In the event of any conflict between those supplementary documents and this Agreement, this Agreement shall take precedence unless the supplementary document explicitly states otherwise.
2.1 Age Requirement. The pinkpk Platform is exclusively available to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you have attained this minimum age. pinkpk reserves the right to request official government -issued identity documentation to verify your age at any stage. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately, and all funds will be returned to the verified legal guardian or payment source.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by Pakistani residents and internationally located players where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. pinkpk does not make any representation that the Service is legal in all locations.
2.3 One Account Rule. Each player is permitted to register and maintain exactly one (1) pinkpk account. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, pinkpk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances, bonuses, or winnings derived from those accounts.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
2.5 KYC Verification. pinkpk operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, and at any other time we deem necessary, you may be required to submit copies of: a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence); proof of address dated within three months; and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
3.1 Login Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your pinkpk account. You must not share these credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. You must notify pinkpk Support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected theft of your credentials, or any security breach that may affect your account. Until such notification is received by pinkpk in writing via our support channel, all activity on your account — including wagers placed and withdrawals processed — will be treated as authorised by you.
3.3 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team. Before closure, all pending wagers will be settled according to their applicable rules, and any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your verified payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.
3.4 Inactive Accounts. An account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as inactive. pinkpk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month to dormant accounts following written notice to the registered email address. Account balances will not be reduced below zero as a result of inactivity fees.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pinkpk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, and select cryptocurrency networks. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected.
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your pinkpk account within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two (2) business hours during standard banking windows. pinkpk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges independent of pinkpk.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the following timeframes: JazzCash / EasyPaisa — within 30 minutes; Bank Transfers — within 1–3 business days; Cryptocurrency — within 24 hours following network confirmation. These timeframes apply to accounts that have completed KYC verification. Unverified accounts will not have withdrawals processed until documentation requirements are met.
4.4 Withdrawal Method Matching. Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method and account used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy exists as an anti-money laundering measure and is non-negotiable unless exceptional circumstances are approved in writing by the pinkpk Finance team.
4.5 Minimum & Maximum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed within the pinkpk cashier at the time of transaction. These limits are subject to change and individual account limits may differ based on verification status and account history.
4.6 Own Funds Requirement. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Use of payment methods owned by third parties — including family members — is prohibited unless explicit written consent has been obtained from pinkpk. Funds deposited from third-party sources may be confiscated pending investigation.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits ("Bonuses") issued by pinkpk are subject to individual promotion terms published alongside each offer. This clause sets out the general framework; specific wagering requirements, expiry dates, and eligible games are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, bonus-derived funds cannot be transferred to your withdrawable real-money balance.
5.3 Bonus Eligibility. Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Creating additional accounts to claim a bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the cancellation of all associated accounts and forfeit of all balances.
5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and be removed from your account without replacement or compensation. It is your responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates.
5.5 Right to Withdraw Bonus Offers. pinkpk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice. Modification of an offer after it has been claimed by an eligible player will not retroactively alter the terms already applicable to that player's claimed bonus.
Important: Structured or hedged wagering specifically designed to exploit bonus terms — including placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple platforms — constitutes bonus abuse. pinkpk employs automated and manual systems to detect such activity. Detection will result in immediate bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
6.1 Acceptance of Bets. pinkpk reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. This includes bets placed on events where a result is already known, where odds were published in error, where match integrity concerns have been raised, or where account-level restrictions apply.
6.2 Odds Errors. If a bet is accepted at odds that were published due to a technical error, system fault, or human input mistake, pinkpk reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to your account. pinkpk will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of such voiding.
6.3 In-Play Betting. Live in-play betting markets — including ball-by-ball cricket markets during PSL, international T20 fixtures, and Test matches — are subject to the specific in-play betting rules published in the sports betting section of the Platform. Bets placed after the relevant event has concluded, due to a delay in odds updates, may be voided at pinkpk's discretion.
6.4 Game Integrity. All casino games on pinkpk utilise certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited for fairness. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and table game titles are published within each game's information panel. pinkpk does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. Individual game titles and betting markets may carry maximum win limits per single bet, per day, or per event. These limits are disclosed within the relevant game or market. Winnings exceeding stated maximum limits will be capped at the published maximum, regardless of the theoretical win amount.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pinkpk Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:
pinkpk cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies. Where fraudulent activity is detected, pinkpk will freeze the relevant account, preserve all associated data, and provide information to authorities as required by applicable law.
8.1 Commitment. pinkpk is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to all players seriously.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all pinkpk account holders at no cost, accessible from the Responsible Gaming section of the Account Settings page:
8.3 Operator-Initiated Restrictions. pinkpk reserves the right to apply account restrictions, cooling-off periods, or self-exclusion to any account where internal monitoring systems or support team observations indicate signs of problem gambling, regardless of whether the player has requested such intervention.
8.4 Age Verification. pinkpk employs age verification processes at registration and reserves the right to conduct additional checks at any time. The Platform is strictly 21+ only and we take underage gambling prevention seriously.

9.1 Ownership. All content on the pinkpk Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data, and the overall design and layout of the Site — is the exclusive intellectual property of pinkpk or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.
9.2 Limited Licence to Users. pinkpk grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 User-Submitted Content. Where you submit any content to pinkpk — including support chat messages, reviews, or feedback — you grant pinkpk a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content for operational and marketing purposes, subject to the Privacy Policy.
10.1 Service Availability. pinkpk endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability. pinkpk is not liable for losses incurred as a result of service interruptions beyond its reasonable control.
10.2 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pinkpk's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your pinkpk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss. pinkpk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of anticipated savings, even if pinkpk has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Third-Party Services. The Platform may integrate third-party services including payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services. pinkpk is not responsible for the performance, availability, or terms of such third-party services beyond its reasonable supervisory obligations.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pinkpk is governed by the pinkpk Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the Privacy Policy in full.
pinkpk collects personal data that is necessary for the provision of the Service, including for account management, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and legal compliance. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Full details of data practices, your rights, and how to exercise them are set out in the Privacy Policy.
12.1 Right to Amend. pinkpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made in response to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, business operations, or to address emerging risks to platform integrity.
12.2 Notice of Changes. Where amendments are material, pinkpk will provide at least fourteen (14) days' prior written notice to your registered email address and will display a prominent notice on the Platform. Non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause — may take effect immediately.
12.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date.
13.1 Governing Law. This Agreement and all matters arising from or connected with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under pinkpk's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
13.2 Informal Resolution. In the event of any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from your use of the pinkpk Platform, you are encouraged to contact our Customer Support team in the first instance. The majority of disputes are resolved quickly and informally through this channel, typically within 3–5 business days.
13.3 Formal Dispute Process. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may submit a formal written complaint to pinkpk's designated Complaints Officer via the support email address. pinkpk will acknowledge formal complaints within 48 hours and issue a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving all relevant information.
13.4 Arbitration. Where a dispute remains unresolved following the formal complaints process, pinkpk and you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed international arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.
