8.1 Active Accounts. While your pinkpk account remains active, we retain all personal data necessary to provide the Service, manage your account, and meet our legal obligations.
8.2 Closed Accounts. Following the closure of your account, pinkpk retains your personal data for a minimum period of five (5) years as required by anti-money laundering legislation and gaming licence conditions. Transaction records and KYC documentation may be retained for longer periods where specific legal obligations require it.

No fees: pinkpk does not charge a fee for handling data rights requests. If a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, we reserve the right to charge a reasonable administrative fee or to decline the request, in which case we will explain our reasoning in writing.
